1. Case Officer, Family & Youth

We're currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Case Officer. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with individuals and families from all walks of life, providing them with the support and resources they need to thrive.

Job Description:

  • Case manage clients under the programmes/schemes run by Family & Youth department.
  • Conduct full range of services appropriate to the needs of the clients.
  • Maintain relevant documentation and programme statistics in accordance with the agency’s standards of practice.
  • Execute assigned programmes and projects.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with other organisations for the benefit of the clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Social Work/Psychology or its equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience in a VWO set up.
  • Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with families, parents and youths.
  • Willingness to occasionally work on weekends or evenings as part of case management and/or to support department/organisational events.
  • Possess social perceptiveness and empathy.
  • Able to assess situations promptly and efficiently.

2. Executive Officer, Community Engagement

You will play a pivotal role in supporting AMP’s mission to empower and uplift the community through effective management of volunteer and community data, impactful program delivery, and communications. You will also ensure smooth operations, drives engagement, and facilitates the execution of programs and events that address the community's evolving needs.

Job Description:

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of professional volunteers and community data, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations. 
  • Analyze volunteer metrics and engagement patterns to inform recruitment, retention, and recognition strategies. 
  • Assist in managing the Volunteer Management System, working closely with various departments to list volunteer opportunities and track involvement. 
  • Coordinate and schedule e-newsletters and email blasts for The AMP Community. 
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for Ground-Up Initiatives (GUIs) and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to secure resources that support the effective execution and sustainability of each initiative. 
  • Assist in creating and curating compelling content to drive awareness and participation in AMP’s programs and events. 
  • Provide logistical and operational assistance to ensure the successful implementation of community engagement events. 
  • Render support to AMP’s events and projects as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in event management, capable of planning, executing, and overseeing events of varying scales.
  • Skilled in coordinating tasks, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and content strategy.
  • Familiarity with data management platforms, basic design/videography tools, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp) would be advantageous.
  • Able to occasionally work on weekends and after normal office hours.

3. Campaigns & Digital Fundraising Project Officer (6-Month Contract)

The Campaigns & Digital Fundraising Project Officer is responsible for managing and executing fundraising campaigns, donor engagement initiatives, and digital marketing efforts. This role focuses on increasing donor participation through online and offline campaigns, managing the organisation’s digital donation platforms, and ensuring effective fundraising communications.

This position plays a critical role in driving fundraising efforts through engaging campaigns and online giving strategies. Their work ensures that fundraising campaigns are impactful, donor-centric, and aligned with organisational goals.

Job Description

  • Develop creative and engaging campaign strategies to increase donor participation and donations
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the organisation’s donation platforms, email marketing, and online giving channels.
  • Work with external vendors and media partners to promote fundraising campaigns.
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising events (e.g., Charity Golf, donor appreciation events).
  • Coordinate with sponsors and corporate partners to secure event sponsorships.
  • Support donor engagement activities, including post-campaign follow-ups and impact reporting.
  • Develop donor communication materials to enhance donor retention and engagement.
  • Work with the fundraising team to ensure a smooth donor experience in campaigns and events.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, events management or marketing)
  • Experience in fundraising, marketing, events or digital campaign management
  • Excellent project management and event coordination skills.
  • Strong skills in email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Basic understanding of donation platforms, CRM systems, and online giving channels.

4. Case Officer, Aftercare (Reintegration)


The Development & Reintegration Programme (DRP), introduced in 2018, is a collaboration between AMP and the Singapore Prison Service (SPS) that adopts a structured and holistic approach in the provision of a reintegration programme for Muslim offenders from incarceration to post-release.

It aims to provide additional support to Malay/Muslim inmates in the Drug Rehabilitation Centres, and their families through an individualised intervention plan, in-care and aftercare engagements, and financial and socio-educational assistance.

Job Description

  • Case management of clients and families under the Development & Reintegration Programme (DRP).
  • Communicate effectively and work in close liaison with prison representatives and other support agencies.
  • Explore opportunities for continuous engagement to equip clients with a network of support.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a recognized Degree in Psychology / Social Work or its equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Able to engage and communicate effectively with incarcerated individuals and their families.
  • Willingness to occasionally work on weekends and weekday evenings.
  • Possesses social perceptiveness and empathy.
  • Able to assess situations promptly and efficiently.

5. Administrative Assistant, Corporate Communications

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. If you have excellent communication skills, are comfortable with multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Description:

  • Perform front desk duties including answering phone calls, receiving guests, clients and vendors, handling mail, and directing enquiries to appropriate staff members.
  • Provide relevant information on AMP’s programmes and services.
  • Manage office assets, supplies, general and corporate stationery and general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain corporate and mailing databases managed by the department regularly
  • Archive news articles and maintain the archives for the organisation.
  • Ensure upkeep of general reception areas for a welcoming, comfortable and conducive space for all guests and visitors.
  • Provide support to the Corporate Communications department for corporate visits, events and other projects

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates with GCE N / O Level or minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

RIMA

AMP offers internships to a select number of students each year. It is available all year with duration ranges from 3 to 6 months.

During their internship, students will be able to develop a number of transferable skills which will be of great benefit to their future careers. The students will be attached to the various departments within AMP.
