  • Casework Associate, Aftercare (Reintegration)

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Case Management

    • Conduct interview and assessment of assigned clients during the intake session.
    • Ensure that the Individualised Service Plan (ISP) is developed within one month from the intake date.
    • Draw up clients’ intake form within one week of intake via communication with next-of-kin. These plans are to be reviewed during the pre-release engagement.
    • Maintain clients’ case files and ensure that all correspondences are documented.
    • Ensure that clients’ particulars and related information are updated periodically and maintained on the DRP shared folder database.
    • Keep abreast of national help agencies schemes and ensure that clients leverage on the schemes.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of services rendered to clients and family through monthly engagement sessions.
    • To prepare and submit relevant monthly client reports to relevant stakeholders as per agreed schedule.

    After-Care Activities

    • Conduct monthly client counselling sessions via face-to-face or video call conferencing.
    • Explore opportunities for continuous engagement to equip clients with a network of support after their release.

    General Operations and Administration

    • Ensure that client information are updated periodically and maintained on the shared folder database.
    • Support all fund-raising and media campaigns involving DRP via the preparation of clients’ media profiles.
    • Support all initiatives to enhance AMP’s image vis-à-vis DRP programmes and services.

    Database Management

    • To maintain an updated database of all referrals assigned to AMP and to provide statistics periodically or when needed by Management or SPS.
    • To create and maintain tracker for monthly report submissions.
    • To send monthly statistics to SPS on caseload.
    • To serve as custodian of DRP data management processes and ensure timeliness and validity of data for the needs of DRP.

    Finance Matters

    • To process all approved claims and financial support assistances to client.
    • To maintain and update the departmental budgeting excel sheet monthly.

    Outreach and Support Programmes

    • To assist in planning and executing outreach to other agencies that provide similar services.
    • To act as department’s liaison to SSD’s Mass Engagement events. This includes coordinating identified families for the event, participating in inter-department project committees and providing logistical support.

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess a recognized Diploma in Psychology / Social Work/Counselling, or its equivalent. 
    • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
    • Able to engage and communicate effectively with incarcerated individuals and their families.
    • Possesses social perceptiveness and empathy.
    • Able to assess situations promptly and efficiently.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Your role will involve fostering strategic collaborations between the organisation and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), and emerging professionals. You will be responsible in ensuring smooth operations, drives engagement, and facilitates the execution of programs and events that address the community’s evolving needs. Young AMP focuses primarily on career exploration, leadership development and community advocacy.

    Job Description:

    1) Project management of Young AMP initiatives:

    • Responsible for administrative and logistical management of events and activities.
    • Track impactful outcomes of initiatives through data collection and management.
    • Assist in the engagement of emerging professionals physically and online.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Ground Sensing & Research Support

    • Assist the team in gathering feedback from students on their career aspirations and challenges.

  • Intern, Fundraising & Partnerships

    Roles & Responsibilities

    AMP Singapore offers internship opportunities to a number of students each year, with internship durations ranging from three to six months. Our Fundraising & Partnerships department is currently looking for interns who are available to start in August.

    Main Duties & Responsibilities

    1. Fundraising Campaign Support

    • Provide administrative and on-ground support for fundraising campaigns, as required
    • Support and participate in creative planning, concept development and execution of fundraising campaigns
    • Support in liaising with profile beneficiaries, vendors, suppliers and marketing partners for preparation of any deliverables required.
    • Assist in developing key campaign materials including copywriting, visuals, taglines, and stories for marketing outreach, where required
    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely preparation across marketing, donor database, and donation platform.
    • Monitor and support campaign progress, including data tracking, and post-campaign wrap-up.

    2. Donor Communications – Monthly Newsletters

    • Draft and design monthly newsletters to keep donors informed and engaged.
    • Source stories of impact, design visual content, and ensure alignment with overall campaign messaging.
    • Help manage scheduling and distribution timelines in coordination with the branding team.

    3. Donation Processing & Administrative Support

    • Support the processing of all donations received, ensuring accurate documentation and proper handover, as required
    • Support basic administrative tasks related to donor records and donor correspondence
    • Ensure proper handling of donor-related documents in accordance with internal procedures

    4. Donor Impact Reporting

    • Support the preparation of donor impact reports for various campaigns and sponsorships.
    • Assist in compiling data, curating stories, and designing reports that clearly reflect the difference donor contributions have made.
    • Collaborate with programme teams to obtain necessary content and case studies.

    5. General Administrative & Cross-Departmental Support

    • Provide administrative support for organisational projects beyond fundraising, where required

    Main Duties & Responsibilities 

    1. Professional Engagement & Community Building

    • Support the design and execution of engagement strategies to connect with Malay/Muslim professionals across diverse sectors and career stages.
    • Support the coordination professional networking events, dialogues, and mentorship initiatives under the Muslim Professionals Collective (MPC) ecosystem.
    • Actively contribute ideas to strengthen AMP’s positioning as a platform for professional growth, collaboration, and community impact.

    2. Sectoral Network Development & GUI Support

    • Serve as a key liaison to Ground-Up Initiatives (GUIs) and sector-based networks, supporting their operations, growth, and alignment with AMP’s goals.

    • Develop and manage digital content for AMPx platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote engagement, highlight professional voices, and enhance AMP’s online presence.
    • Propose and execute digital campaigns that align with AMP’s strategic messaging and outreach objectives.
    • Monitor engagement data, generate reports, and recommend content or platform improvements based on analytics.

    4. Leadership Pipeline & Talent Mapping

    • Assist in identifying and tracking high-potential professionals for leadership pathways within the AMP ecosystem and externally (e.g. boards, advisory groups, committees).
    • Support the coordination of leadership development activities, including speaker engagements, mentoring sessions, and nomination processes.
    • Maintain structured records of leadership placements and emerging talents for strategic planning.

    5. Operational & Strategic Support

    • Ensure smooth execution of all professional engagement initiatives by managing timelines, logistics, documentation, and vendor/stakeholder coordination.
    • Draft proposals, reports, and presentation decks to support internal discussions, funding applications, and stakeholder communications.
    • Contribute to programme evaluations and strategic reviews by gathering data, synthesising feedback, and proposing improvements.
