Mr Fathurrahman Dawoed  is currently Executive Director of Andalus Corporation Pte Ltd. He has more than 15 years of experience in the Islamic education sector in Singapore, as well as volunteering in various Muslim organisations. He is also currently serving as a Member of the Singapore Fatwa Committee and Member of the Council of the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS). As a certified asatizah under MUIS’ Asatizah Recognition Scheme, he also teaches religious knowledge and has led several seminars and symposiums at different institutions such as Andalus, al-Zuhri, PERGAS, mosques and madrasahs. He obtained a Master of Arts degree in Humanities (Islamic Studies) from the University of Science, Malaysia in 2010, and a Master of Science degree in Asian Studies from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at the Nanyang Technological University.

Dr. Mohamed Noordin earned his PhD in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and holds a Master’s degree in Internet Security Management with Distinction from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. He also completed the Oxford Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, UK. His professional credentials include CISSP, CISM, and CISA certifications.
With over 23 years of experience in cybersecurity across various industry sectors, Dr. Noordin currently serves as Director, Cybersecurity (APAC) at Reversec. His career has seen him lead IT and cybersecurity functions for numerous technology startups and organizations.
In addition to his professional work, Dr. Noordin is dedicated to developing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals and giving back to the community. He is an adjunct lecturer in cybersecurity at universities in Singapore, Australia, and the UK. He also serves as Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Association of Muslim Professionals and chairs the Digital and Technology Strategy Board Committee. He concurrently serves as a board member at the Centre for Research on Islamic and Malay Affairs (RIMA).

Mr Mohammad Rizuan Mohammad Yasin has more than 8 years of experience in the practice of law. He is currently the Managing Director at Emerald Law LLC, a firm he co-founded. He graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). Rizuan actively contributes as a volunteer speaker giving talks on Islamic Inheritance Law and Lasting Power of Attorney. He also assists at the Legal Clinic at Jamiyah.

Ms Jaraniah Bamadhaj has over 15 years of experience in HR, finance and corporate services across the non-profit, investment, training and corporate sectors. She currently serves as Finance/HR Manager and Office Manager at Social Innovation Park, where she oversees HR operations, financial processes, compliance and organisational administration.
Her professional experience includes roles in office management, recruitment consultancy, sales and marketing support and corporate services. She has supported senior leadership teams, strengthened internal systems, and managed functions such as recruitment, performance management, budgeting, audits, staff engagement and operational workflows across diverse organisational contexts.
Jaraniah holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Finance) from Singapore Management University and a Diploma with Merit in Business Administration (Finance & HR) from Temasek Polytechnic. She has received multiple academic awards and scholarships, and is currently a member of AMP Singapore’s Human Resource Committee

Khai is a Registered Psychologist (Australia and Singapore) with a specialisation in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. He currently serves as Head of People and Organisational Development at Stroke Support Station, where he leads organisation-wide capability building and strategic people initiatives.
His experience spans the social service sector in Singapore under the Sun Ray Scheme, a multinational corporation in Australia, and advisory work in consulting. He has worked across areas such as change management, organisational development, talent management and public participation.
Alongside his professional role, Khai teaches psychology at the Singapore University of Social Sciences and contributes to national youth development through service on committees such as Youth Corps Singapore, the National Youth Fund, Young ChangeMakers and the Youth Court Panel of Advisers. He also serves on the Al-Falah Mosque Management Board and the Board of Directors at the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association. Within AMP, he is a member of the AMP Board Convention Committee and the AMP35 Steering Committee.

Mr Mohamad Hairil Johari is currently a Senior Education Officer at Ministry of Education. He has more than 25 years of experience in the education sector in Singapore, as well as volunteering in various Malay/Muslim organisations. Mr Muhammad Azzad bin Ahmad is a banking veteran with 23 years of experience at Maybank. He began his career in consumer finance before moving into leadership roles across lending, direct banking and branch operations. Since 2019, he has served in Islamic Banking as Head of Community Banking, leading initiatives that strengthen outreach, customer engagement and community-focused Islamic finance offerings.
Over the years, Azzad has held appointments spanning branch distribution, service transformation and optimisation projects. His previous roles include Branch Manager for Kovan and Geylang Serai, Head of Branch Optimisation & Project Management and Head of Direct Sales Management, where he contributed to enhancing service models and developing high-performing teams.
Azzad holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from RMIT University (SIM) and a Diploma in Computer Studies. He has also completed multiple banking and financial certifications and currently serves as a member of AMP Singapore’s Finance & Investment Committee.

Ms Siti Zubaidah Yusoff has more than 15 years in the healthcare industry, specialising in eldercare, geriatrics and neurology, and developing health programmes for the community. She is the Deputy Director & Heads of Special Projects, at SATA CommHealth.
She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Master of Public Health in 2018, and from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia with a Master of Advanced Occupational Therapy in 2015. She also earned a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University in 2008.
She received a Golden Key Recipient Award under the Healthcare Manpower Development Programme Scholarship (Ministry of Health – Agency of Integrated Care). In 2012, she gained her Specialist Diploma in Health Promotion Board and was awarded the Health Promotion Board Award.
