This form will take approximately 15-20 minutes to fill up. Please ensure you have the relevant documents ready.

• There are two membership categories: Ordinary and Associate.
• The Ordinary membership category is open to Singaporean Muslims who are degree or diploma holders or have professional qualifications.
• Entrepreneurs and individuals in management positions also qualify for the Ordinary membership. Ordinary members are entitled to attend and vote at general meetings.
• Muslim applicants who do not meet the above criteria are eligible to become Associate members.
• Undergraduates of tertiary institutions/colleges are eligible to join as Associate members. Upon graduation, their membership will be automatically upgraded to Ordinary Member.
• Non-Muslim professionals are also eligible to join as Associate Members.
• No membership fee is currently payable.

AMP was incorporated in Singapore as a company limited by guarantee without a share capital. Each ordinary member undertakes to contribute to the assets of the Company in the event of it being wound up while he is a member, or within one year after he ceases to be a member, for payment of the debts and liabilities of the Company contracted before he ceases to be a member and of the costs, charges and expenses of winding up, such amount as may be required but not exceeding S$100.
